Partnership with Nortel

The partnership of Nortel and MERA dates back to 1991 when the first R&D contract in the domain of antenna measurements was launched. In 1993, MERA became Nortel's software development, maintenance and testing partner. In 2005, MERA received the Nortel Preferred Supplier award for outstanding quality and service delivery performance. In 2008 Nortel named MERA its Strategic Supplier in recognition of its commitment to delivery of world-class software development, testing and support service, which has been the foundation to the over-a-decade-long partnership with Nortel in the areas of wireless communications, enterprise and carrier grade communication systems. In 2009 - 2010 Nortel sold its assets, and MERA signed contracts with new assets holders.

Partnership with Synapsense

In 2007 MERA was selected by SynapSense Corporation, a provider of wireless instrumentation solutions, as a vendor of choice for the SynapSense Wireless Green Data Center Solution. This solution addresses the fundamental gaps in wall-to-wall instrumentation for environmental and energy management helping to improve equipment utilization and reduce downtime; it also provides comprehensive operational visibility. In comparison with other companies considered during the selection process MERA demonstrated better expertise in programming technologies and a strong track record of experience in OA&M.

Partnership with TCS

In 2009 MERA announced signing a long term agreement with Networks In Motion (NIM), the award-winning wireless navigation, hyper-local search and location-based services (LBS) company. Within the framework of this agreement MERA provides long term dedicated resources to expand NIM's customer delivery abilities in Europe, and provide NIM greater flexibly in meeting customers' needs in Europe. In December, 2009 TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. (TCS), a leading provider of mission-critical wireless communications completed acquisition of NIM. More information about TCS is available at
