MERA at Nortel Networks' Planners Workshop

MERA Networks took the opportunity to introduce its forward-thinking products and services at the Nortel Networks' Planners Workshop attended by over 75 companies and organized by MERA's long-standing partner, Nortel Networks in Rome, Italy, November 4^th through -7^th.

The Nortel Networks' Planners Workshop is an annual Carrier and Enterprise conference aimed at promoting in-depth discussions and networking opportunities with Nortel Networks. While the event proceedings concentrated on giving Nortel customers an overview of the latest product features and the technology surrounding them, MERA Networks attendees engaged in constructive discussions with Nortel management and customers. With many years of experience supporting Nortel customers, MERA offered a number of ideas on how to optimize integration of Nortel equipment in customers' networks. The discussion resulted in a product concept aimed to enhance the interoperability of Nortel's and its customers' equipment.

The cocktail sponsored jointly by Nortel Networks and MERA Networks turned out as a very successful event on the 6th of November attracting more than 250 participants.
