Role in the project:

  • MERA is technically responsible for majority of key product subsystems — Call Processing, Administration, Features, Attendant, RPA, etc;
  • MERA project responsibilities include documenting the changes and developed features as well as functional testing of a solution. MERA engineers work in close interaction with the customer maintenance & support team, customer service engineers and system test engineers.
