- Real-time VxWorks based traditional & VoIP Enterprise level PBX solution running on Motorola and Intel hardware platforms;
- The PBX supports wide range of businesses from 200 to 10000 phone lines with ~500 features;
- Team of 70+ engineers and managers skilled in Enterprise PBX, both traditional and VoIP protocols and associated telecom industry technologies.
Working environment:
- SUN Solaris based build environment with cross platform compilers for Motorola and Intel platforms;
- ClearCase/UCM with proprietary tools and methods on top as SCM;
- C/C++ and Proprietary programming languages;
- Proprietary documentation system, ClearQuality as change request and bug tracking system, Microsoft Project for planning.
Tools:
- FlexLint, Eclipse, Proprietary Code browsing and analysis tools.
Duraton:
- Continuous software development/maintenance/support for >5 years.
Role in the project:
- MERA is technically responsible for majority of key product subsystems Call Processing, Administration, Features, Attendant, RPA, etc;
- MERA project responsibilities include documenting the changes and developed features as well as functional testing of a solution. MERA engineers work in close interaction with the customer maintenance & support team, customer service engineers and system test engineers.
