Yuri Menkov,
Vice President of Finance, MERA Networks Inc.

As VP Finance for MERA Group and member of Executive Board of MERA Group, Yuri Menkov is responsible for the company's financial management, strategic planning, accounting, treasury, and bank and investor relations.

Yuri Menkov joined MERA in 1991 as Chief Financial Officer for MERA's R&D Department.

Prior to joining MERA Group, Yuri served as commercial department manager for the Russian - American Joint Venture Dialog, a reseller of PCs in the Russian market. Yuri Menkov fulfilled a variety of financial management functions for Dialog, including strategic planning, corporate finance and bank relationships.

Yuri holds a BS in Radio Engineering from the University of Technology and an MA in Economics from the Public Service Academy, Nizhny Novgorod, Russia.
